Patient Care Advocate -Clifton Park
Patient Care Advocate - Planned Parenthood is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team in our Clifton Park location; 30 hrs./wk.; Review medical histories, interview patients, provide education about family planning services & STI’s, assists with health examinations. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling required or a two year degree in human services may be acceptable if the candidate also has a minimum of two years of counseling experience in a human services agency.
