PPMH confidentially serves women, men and teens. We provide quality health care that is affordable. Experienced, culturally sensitive staff provide services in a safe, supportive environment for all patients, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Non-English speaking patients are welcome.

Birth Control

No two people are alike. That's why Planned Parenthood staff carefully evaluate your medical history and needs to help you decide which birth control method is best for you. Choose from FDA-approved methods of birth control including: oral contraceptives ("the pill"), Norplant, Depo Provera ("the shot"), diaphragms, condoms, spermicide, IUDs, and natural family planning. Need birth control after unprotected sex? Emergency contraception (EC) can help prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex. If you have decided not to have children or have completed your family, ask for a referral for a tubal ligation or vasectomy.
