GE Match

Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson is a part of the General Electric Foundation Matching Gifts Program.

Important: These rules apply to all gifts given to PPMH, both Annual Fund Drive and our Capital SAFE Campaign. Be sure to use our full name, Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson, to make sure the GE Match comes to us.

Who is eligible to participate?

1. GE employees or employees of a majority-owned affiliate of GE
2. GE retirees or retirees of a majority-owned affiliate of GE
3. A surviving spouse of an eligible retiree

What gifts are eligible?

1. Gifts of $25 or more
2. Gifts of cash or securities (stock)
3. Gifts from an individual GE employee/retiree up to $50,000 in a calendar year

What is the process to match a gift?

1. Register your gift by calling 1-800-305-0669.
   • You will need your SSO (single sign-on) 9 digit identification number. This is a number assigned by the GE Foundation to the individual donor-if you don't have a number, you will be asked for the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
   • The name of the recipient organization. Important—Remember to use our full name, Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson, so the GE Match comes to us.
   • Amount of the gift
   • Type of gift (cash, check, credit card or stocks)
   • Date of gift
2. Register your gift online at www.gefoundation.com/matchinggifts
   • Click on GE Participants button to log in using your SSO I.D. and password and the name of the recipient organization. Important—Remember to use our full name, Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson, so the GE Match comes to us.
   • Amount of the gift
   • Type of gift (cash, check, credit card or stocks)
   • Date of gift
